"Can I store drink water hose next to my sullage hose?"
It’s a fair question. Normally, the answer would be no. Traditional sullage hoses can be messy, hold residue, and aren’t something you’d want anywhere near your drinking water gear.

But this system works differently:

• The sullage hose is fully drained and sealed with plugs during pack-up, so there’s no risk of seepage
  
• Storing the hose flat, with minimal air inside, reduces the environment for bacteria to grow
  
• The drink water hose is anti-microbial
  
• The bag is breathable, allowing any residual moisture to escape
