At Flat Out, we want you to love your style. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
